Childhood Memories

Anna’s Home
I remember the days when we were young
And we had nothing to worry about
We would play and laugh and sing and run
And explore the world without a doubt
We were a band of merry friends
Who stuck together through thick and thin
We shared our secrets and our dreams
And we always had fun, no matter where we’ve been
We didn’t care about the rules or the norms
We just followed our hearts and our whims
We were free and happy and full of life
And we felt like we could do anything
Those were the good times, the best times of all
And I cherish them in my memory
But now we’ve grown up and gone our separate ways
And I wonder if you still think of me
